Why I Wrote

This Story

Eyes Open, Armor On came to fruition because raising children today requires more than simply protecting them from obvious dangers. Parents have to prepare them to recognize deception, think critically, stand firmly in truth, and remain grounded in faith when the world around them pushes in another direction.

This book grew out of my own experience as a father, leader, and Christian trying to help the next generation develop discernment, courage, and conviction before they are forced to make difficult decisions on their own.
